My fiance and I are both firefighters and we really wanted this topper too and have been looking everywhere for it. he all of a sudden stopped me and zoomed in on the the man. If you do you will notice the man is actually wearing a tux. It looks like someone has painted yellow strips and made the hats out of fondant and tool for the veil part. I dont mean to offend anyone just trying to be helpful. :)
